MILPITAS, Calif., May 19, 2022 – John Boneso, a senior construction industry leader with more than 30 years’ experience, has been appointed executive vice president of XL Construction, a purpose-driven Northern California-based organization focused on building to improve lives.
A 17-year XL Construction veteran, Boneso is part of the senior executive team providing broad leadership and strategic guidance for the company. He will provide oversight for all XL Construction project operations business units. Boneso previously served as senior vice president of the company’s Science + Technology and Google business units. He also serves on the company’s board of directors.

Boneso received his Bachelor of Science in construction management from California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo and is a current member of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE).
